Amy Page
Amy Page discovered yoga as an undergrad in 2004, finding that solace on
the mat can lead to peace in the mind, even when the mind is cluttered
with multivariate calculus; ever since, yoga has been her method for
finding balance between effort and ease, logic and love. She has spent
the past eight years cultivating a strong personal practice and recently
completed her 200 hour Teacher Training after several years of waiting
for the right opportunity. After spending years teaching dance, Amy is
eager to share her love of movement in a new way, bringing her
enthusiastic approach to yoga to the Portland yoga community by offering
a powerful vinyasa practice that encourages inner strength and loving
devotion, focused on quieting the mind and challenging the body.

Megu Hirayma
Megu has been sharing the practice of yoga for the last six
years. Although certified as a Kripalu yoga instructor and having
completed trainings through the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Institute, what
she practices and shares is not limited to any particular style or
school. She believes that a practice is something unique to each
individual, to be explored and discovered (and continue to be explored)
by each practitioner. She hopes that students will be able to find the
space and openness on this journey of discovery.
