Family Constellation Seminar w/Anna Abaldo bio

Saturday May 12, 12noon-5pm
Investment: $75

Family Constellations provide a powerful, immediate entry into our family dynamics (past or present) on an energetic and soul level – without needing to bring your partner or family. Learn what unresolved issue lies behind your current problems. Healing old wounds and shifting old patterns will create greater understanding, openness, and strength to cope with the present.

Since 1995, Anna Abaldo (M.A.) has worked as a psychotherapist and workshop facilitator – in Europe, Aruba, & Maine.  Her background includes Jungian/somatic psychology, 5Rhythms Dance, Authentic Movement and Family Constellations. She will be assisted by her husband Vincent Abaldo who is in the process of completing his training to facilitate Family Constellations.

Ecstatic Dance

Sundays 10am-12

Sliding Scale drop in rate of $10-$15 / 10 dance punch card for $80 / 5 dances for $45
However please do not let lack of funds prevent you from attending.  All are welcome.

Ecstatic Dance ME offers open dance space that is lead by music thoughtfully chosen by a DJ.  The DJ's intention is to create an opportunity for dancers to experience fun, joy, release and ecstasy in a safe and sacred container.  You do not need to know any special dance moves and there is no way to do this wrong.  Come practice, play, connect and explore movement in an environment that gives us permission to be with the truth of the current moment.  With the intention of holding scared dance space we request that this space be adult space.  We are open to having teenagers attend who share our passion for Ecstatic Dance.

(our dances are alcohol and drug free.  Also, we request there be no conversation during the dance in order to provide a deeper connection to the dance)
