Vinyasa
This class teaches students to ride the breath and focus inward as they journey through this flowing yoga practice. Students are encouraged to move intuitively as they link the postures, creating a meditation in motion. This vinyasa flow will help each student to foster grace, strength, and flexibility, while nurturing inner peace and stillness.  Students will leave this class with space in the body, and freedom in the mind.  Come flow with us and leave totally rejuvenated!!
All Levels Welcome.

Gentle Vinyasa
Is a slow flow of movement with a focus on breath and one's intention.  A true meditation in motion, gentle vinyasa offers students space to quite the mind, open the body and discover a sense of spaciousness and harmony in body/mind/spirit!  Often integrating restorative yoga poses into the practice, this class encourages students to go inside and find the joy within.  This class is great for beginners and yogis who desire a slower approach to their practice.
All Levels Welcome

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is now home for two (or more!), as well as to deepen your relationship with your baby. Gentle postures, breath work, visualization, vocal toning, and meditation cultivate calmness, flexibility, and confidence in preparation for labor and childbirth. This not only makes your pregnancy more enjoyable right now, but can ease the birthing process itself, reducing pain and possibly enhancing the joy of giving birth. Calling all pregnant goddesses (at any stage of your pregnancy)!
No previous yoga experience necessary

Open Practice
Open Practice is for anyone to come do their own practice in the company of others.  Sometimes it can be challenging to practice in your home where there can be many distractions or insufficient space, but you desire to do your own practice.   This is not a guided class and you are welcome to come and go anytime within the two hour time slot.  We just ask that you arrive and leave quietly so that those who are practicing are not disrupted by noise.  Come join us in co-creating a blissful open practice space!!!
*Doors will remain open from 9:15-11:30
