Yoga and Dance Classes at Bhakti in Motion:
Yoga: We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, taught by experienced, welcoming instructors. Some of our class offerings are: Intro to Yoga, Vinyasa, Lunchbreak Slow Flow, Community Hatha, Gentle Hatha, and Yin Yoga. Buti: Buti is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes consist of deep stretching, buti-shaking and heart-pounding cardio. Dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips and are sure to get your energy high and your abs tight!
Dance: Bhakti in Motion offers several eclectic, dynamic, and fun dance possibilities, such as Hip Hop Dance on Fridays, Contact Improv Jams, Capoeira for Kids, Embodiment ~ A Movement Offering, 5Rhythms, and Barefoot Boogies. Bhakti in Motion is owned and directed by Stephanie Harmon. We’re an eclectic studio that fuses many aspects of fitness with mindful connection.
Bhakti is the sanskrit word for Devotion, and as a studio, Bhakti in Motion is devoted to bringing our students the classes that fulfill all of their physical and mental needs, through Yoga, Buti and Dance. Through these various practices the Bhakti Team inspires all to live authentically and embody our infinite potential!
